The Kids Pastor at Faith Bible Church will provide oversight and leadership to the ministries for birth through 6th grades. This person will lead a ministry of roughly 500+ kids as well as a team of staff and volunteers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ministry with kids and their parents.

The Girls Student Director will serve as a key member of the Student Ministry team, collaborating closely with other staff and reporting to the Student Pastor. This full-time, exempt role involves ministering to students in grades 7-12 while fostering a unified vision and collaborative approach to accomplishing ministry goals. The Girls Student Director will build intentional relationships with students and parents, oversee the success of small groups and Sunday services, and coordinate other ministry events such as retreats, mission trips, and local outreach. She will also develop curriculum, mentor leaders, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, all while embodying a Christ-centered, team-oriented, and relational approach to ministry.
