Our Recovery & Support ministries are designed to meet the felt needs within our church and community. We offer counseling for all ages and support groups for marriage, adoption, recovery, divorce, trauma, and more. Learn more about our ministries below.

Counseling

We offer affordable Christian counseling for individuals, marriages, adolescents, and families. If you feel your situation is urgent, please contact our front office at (936) 321-5505 and we will make every effort to see you as quickly as possible. If this is an emergency, please call 911 immediately.

If you're going through something difficult, we're here for you. Below are a few steps we've found helpful during hard times.

Not sure what to say? Try something like: "I'm going through something difficult and was hoping to talk about it. If that's okay with you, please let me know."

Find ways to support yourself
Change your surroundings. (e.g. go on a walk, switch rooms, open a window)

Take care of yourself. (e.g. drink water, eat a nutritious meal, shower, nap)

Slow down. (e.g. wait 24 hours to make important decisions, call someone to distract you, breath in for 3 seconds and out for 5 seconds)
