Untold Story - Missions Sunday

Jesse spoke of the men and women of Faith Bible Church who truly live our mission: We build generations of Jesus followers who take Grace to our world. As Jesse said, “That means we take grace across the street as well as across the ocean.” It’s all in response to 2 Corinthians 5:14-15, 20, which says,
“For the Love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised…Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ be reconciled to God.”
Faith Bible Church supports foreign missions in Albania, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and the Republic of Georgia. Our local ministry partners include English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, Sewing Seeds, Pregnancy Assistance Center, Prison Ministry, Nourishment for the Needy, Operation Christmas Child, Reflective Life Ministry, Grace School of Theology, Angel Reach, and Ballet Excelsior.
Each of these ministries are done in response to Jesus’ Great Commission in Matthew 28: 18-20
“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
